Iris, I would like to discover contemporary works that portray sirens as cursed and magical creatures from mythology.
I’m interested in works that explore their ambivalence: seductive and dangerous, on the border between enchanting beauty and curse. This could be through techniques suggesting their hybrid and mysterious nature (human/animal blend, references to water, transformation...) or by addressing themes like temptation, solitude, or marginality.
I’m looking for creations that reinterpret these mythological figures, balancing power and fate.
